Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving. Returns must be approved beforehand, which can be done by emailing us at orders@shoppoppyandco.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Returns will only be approved if the tags are still attached, the garment(s) are free from stains, body odor, cigarette smoke, makeup stains, pet dander, etc. and we reserve the right to refuse any return. 

Any accepted return will be issued in store credit, less the shipping cost. 

Please note that all jewelry is final sale. Anything ending in .99 is final sale. Any sale item is final sale.
